We love Phill's, the seafood was fantastic and the Ribeye steak was the tastiest most tender steak I've eaten in years. Including Smith and Wollensky at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. I was surprised by this because primarily an Oyster and seafood bar. View all feedback.
