The reps were courteous, but came across as inexperienced w/the online ordering process. I ordered ahead to avoid having to endure long waiting, as I was fully aware would be the case. However, my son and I still had to park and come inside, wait for the order to be viewed and prepared accordingly…the very opposite of what I had the time to endure. Frist time in a long time the chicken was hot and fresh.the customer Service was great on Greenwell spring spring road.
Their lines at every one of them are always outrageously long
