I’d go 10/5 stars to prove a point if I could. I met the owner Kathy (Cathy? at a Mardi Gras parade and she was beyond AH-MAY-ZUH-HING! I love it when business go above and beyond to show their love for the communities they serve. The food is authentic and phenomenal as she is. I’ve always thought this places name is funny. Their jambalaya is horrible. Their pastalaya is mediocre on the other hand. I ordered the dinner plate and it said it came with a side of corn and a side of green beans PLUS two additional sides. Well I never got my corn or green beans.
