I recently tried the sushi at Umami Japanese Bistro, and while it was good, it didn’t quite stand out. The fish was fresh, and the presentation was nice, but the flavors were more on the average side—nothing particularly memorable. For the quality, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side.
