"Being an unconditional of the traditional flambée pie, at Made in Franz I was conquered by the way to sublimate the recipe. The goat:ail bears I can't see in painting was a fairy tale for my palate. "We chose this restaurant due the good comments at TripAdvisor. When we entered the restaurant we felt a very strong smell of fish, what made us think to stay or leave. We stayed and to not have more surprises we asked for Flammkuchen. Disappointed, the dough looked like pizza dough and not Flammkuchen and not tasteful as well."

"Service to the pier-thrower worthy of the tourist cluster. The important thing seems to be selling more than serving the customer. Vienna and bof bof cakes. There's a much better patisserie at a few steps away (we'd better have to go back to it rather than get lost there)."
