Elieneke is doing a great job with her baking shop. Lots of fresh bread and pastries to choose from. Unique baking you won't see anywhere else. And the chocolat...

"We recently found ourselves in Barrhead, Alberta. We found Laura's by driving around town. When we entered, it was nothing fancy, could have used some updating, but it looked clean enough and was fairly busy. We were actually very surprised with the friendly staff and our fast, hot dinners. I ordered an 8" pizza and it was one of the best I have had in a long time! My husband went more for a "downhome" salisbury steak, and though it would not have been my choice, he thoroughly enjoyed it. We made it back for breakfast twice after the dinner and by our 3rd visit we were treated like old friends! Prices were excellent for such full meals. Worth a drop in if you get a chance!"

"I wanted to treat my son, that is the place he really likes that I checked to make sure that a person can order a foot long and different toppings with taking meat and pay the foot long price. I have formalized how I was surprised when I was charged two very big prices for a foot-long when I bought an additional meeting on one of them in edson alberta. I get that meat change it as soon as it was declared. But I checked before I made the article and was not provided with the right information. from the smirk it was really clear that this was one that makes the subway regularly. the second time I went to the subway in barrhead, I ordered the same meat, we had the same cheese and I double checked that it would cost the foot long if we had different vegetables. also here I was not supplied with other information. the girl was very nice, but she informed me that her manager said it was an extra cost, even if she was the same meat and cheese. "This is a great option for lunch while working. The caprese salad is my favourite, but the paninis and homemade pasta are excellent as well. The owner also takes reservations for supper, which include salad, amazing pastas and desserts. Definitely a good place to check out or book for a group function!"
