My wife and I visited for lunch to take-out a couple of Pitas. We'd never ordered in here before so we had to ask about the process. The server was pleasant and explained how things worked. It reminded me of a sub place where they ask you what you want but because they've done it thousands of times, it becomes rote for them - we could not understand what they were asking us. It reminded me of a sub place where they ask you what you want but because they've done it thousands of times, it becomes rote for them - we could not understand what they were asking us. That was a bit annoying. The price was a little high for two Pitas but probably not that different from getting two subs. They were tasty and I think we'd go back. We would not go there for the service as much as the end-product.
I've made this a regular lunch stop as the staff is always friendly and consistently prepare my lunch to order quickly. Lots of choices to select, always excellent quality and yummy.
Their ingredients are all very fresh, and their pita suggestions are quite delicious, as well as their pita chips. They also have a wide variety of smoothies!
One of the better fast food options in my opinion both in terms of quality and price. You’ve got many choices for customizing your pita in addition to the specialties (souvlaki, teriyaki, shwarma, etc). Lots of seating space including an outdoor bench in summer. I also like how they wrap them in paper with a tear off top, always a plus when the food ends up in your mouth rather than your lap lol.
Would come here often before. This time the menu options have changed. They flavored the taziki, removed beans, spinach and other menu options I loved. Changed the sauces. They say its an experiment... I say it's a disaster. Never again. I'll go to Pita Pit instead if I'm in Barrie and they've never been my preference.
