What Ming Day doesn't like about Goodness Me! Natural Food Market:
Terrible service , it took over 20 minutes to do a simple transaction of a refund. The Manager Steve knew of the situation and then took off , mean while the cashier needed an override and kept paging him finally he showed up and didn’t even apologize, the cashier apologized to us for taking so long . I have shopped here for many years but after this display of terrible service don’t feel like I want to return. View all feedback.
I came into the eatery this morning to get a sandwich rang the bell 3x and even tried calling no one came. I had to get a floor staff associate to go get an associate and he wasn’t to happy about that and proceeded to ask me if I rang the bell and hit it hard and went to the back. The associate shella came out and I explained that I had been waiting and rung the bell. She didn’t care and just said yeah well I was in the back. Did the transaction, no pleasantries just attitude. My service experience was awful. I will not be returning.
LOVE THIS STORE!!! Visited for the first time, and it’s exactly what a health food store should look and feel like! REAL FOOD, produce, and amazing selection of products!

I really don't know how this place stays afloat, especially with Farm Boy 5 minutes away. The veggies always look like they're about to go bad and prices are ridiculously high compared to Farm Boy (Lundberg rice for example). Think Loblaw charges too much? This place goes above and beyond that (in a bad way).
