I’ve been coming here for years and service and quality had been declining. Since about 6 months ago (July 2023) it has really come back by way of service and quality. I ordered the onion rings and a poutine but i received the food in very bad quality , the onion rings are to much over-cooked and the taste of poutine is very yuck . I always get pulled pork poutine and to my surprise when I got my order from this location, there was barely meat on it. The gravy was too much and cheese was also lacking. Poutine fail, sorry. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I took my family that came for a visit to this place and i talked so highly about this place to them because i wanted them to try the “authentic poutine”. The guy who served us was on the phone the whole time which is totally fine but this food is disgusting we couldnt eat it at all and i was so embarrassed and disappointed because that was their first experience! The fries are burnt out and too soggy and we literally wasted our money which is fine. But to give this to people to eat is totally unacceptable. I even called back to tell him that and he didnt pick up. So disappointed i wont ever recommend it
