"I usually say the best food that Tepa has to offer is Mexican food .dh Tacos, Tortas, Ceviche, etc., but I was wrong when it comes to La Mangiatoia. A good friend who is a local and a picky palate has recommended this place. I... was hesitant because I know good Italian cuisine that I was in Italy and good, the USA has some pretty great Italian restaurants. I can honestly say that this restaurant has exceeded my expectations. And for those who do not know, the owner is originally from Italy and was there also a cook. I had the Putanesca and it was spectacular. The pizza is also great, but I think some people have the US expectation that it is stuffed in pizza sauce not to kidnap themselves. This is authentic Italian food. By the way, try the smoked salmon appetizer, it was decadent."
