Comala is a chic haven with some of the best food in the world. No seriously, we’ve tried chilaquiles all over Mexico, and we live full time in this country. The Chilaquiles Maya are perfect rich in flavor and texture. The sauce is so complex that I had to lick the bowl. We also had the Pan Frances and Gorditas, which were excellent.
