I placed an order with Uber, they sent it wrong, they told me they were going to replace my order immediately, they made me wait 40 minutes and they told me they couldn't because they had many orders, I only asked them to replace the difference in cost of what I ordered and what they had sent me (which I didn't even like) and they didn't deposit anything with me, they made me waste my time, my money and my enthusiasm...
