excellent food and service! Today we had afternoon tea, the venue is beautiful, and the staff is very welcoming. nothing was too much annoyed. I had a sudden dietary change, and that was not a problem. we will recommend and will book again. lunch at 12 also offers outside catering, just ask for a visit card! they will not be disappointed.
