Just came by the drive thru to pick up my large iced coffee made with oat milk and a shot of French vanilla- never thought I would get literal sugar in place of coffee. It was SO sweet. I came all the way back home and tried calling so they can replace it for me next time, but just my luck, no one is even picking up the phone. I went through the drive to get ice cream and the girl said they were closed. I really said? she said the ice of the company closes early. I guess they can't buy an ice cream at 8 o'clock. I called today and they said the hours were for donuts or ice. that is the young generation. lazy. but they want to be paid. View all feedback.
