"I've been looking forward to this facility for months and it's finally here... our visit yesterday afternoon was welcoming and comfortable. Revival allows small and large group meetings and meetings. The small private banquet in the back is a must. Service was great and attentive. The delicious craft cocktails feature classic ingredients with a new twist, and the beautiful bookshelf invite you to sit a magic and read something new. My friend and I agreed that from now on this will be one of our favorite places in downtown!"

"It’s worth mentioning we only had coffee and dessert here. I was pleasantly surprised that a place like this even exist in Lakeland let alone Polk county. Even though lakeland is trending more towards a foodie scene we still have a ways to go. That being said international dining is still pretty underrepresented here. So when I heard there was a “middle eastern” style restaurant/bakery in town I was intrigued. Before I get into any negatives I will say the coffee was amazing. The desserts were delicious as well but at 3 pm almost their entire selection was gone. I’m not sure if this means the sales are good or if they just have a limited quantity on hand most days. There is a market attached with some interesting food options as well but it’s more of an afterthought with no employees in sight of that area. Now I will say the furniture was nice and gave an authentic vibe. However the interior of the building needs a refresh. It feels like you are in a converted office space. I’m Assuming that’s what it was before they took over. The floors feel like a cheap cafeteria and there is really no atmosphere to speak of. To me this is probably the biggest thing holding this establishment back. Lack of identity. It desperately needs a vibe. I’m sure there are regulars who love the place and for good reason. But in my mind it’s going to be difficult to attract new customers when the first impression when walking in is confusing and sub par at best. I want to see places like this thrive in Lakeland and they definitely have the food to pull it off. But unless they put some effort into really creating a space newcomers are intrigued by I doubt they will experience any significant growth."

"This is the second time I've come to their store and they are closed before closing time. They ignore you from inside the store. Poor management is all I can say. It's 8:30pm and they close at 9."

"Food was so good and tasty I forgot to take a picture. The Owner is amazing and very welcoming the decor also makes you feel like you're in Cuba/Miami if I had a complaint it would be that I cant experience this place for the first time ever again would not mind driving 40 minutes again for this"

"Food was awful. Definitely not authentic Mexican food. Mega Mercado and Tapatios is so much better. Who ever heard of carne asada tacos with fried flour tortillas! And the refried beans had a weird red color and taste. Would not come back. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"We love Palace Pizza. My favourite is the white garlic with banana whips, mushrooms and tomatoes. The best I ever had!! And the owner and the staff are very friendly. Feel great food with a small town. It can't be better."

"Well, I thought I had finally found a decent pizza place . I have been happy for 2 years and now not so much. Recently Marcos has changed their website, which I lost my rewards amount on. it was better before. Also their parmesan chicken wings changed as well.. they used to taste like parmesan but now they plaster a ridiculous amount of a sauce which taste like a mild Italian dressing all over them. It was tart with a kick.I asked for no dipping sauces but they sent anyway . The delivery guy was excellent though , kudos to him. I called twice and complained and they stated thats our new sauce and corporate was the one who changed it. And stated its like a Caesar dressing, well thats the first clue it's not Parmesan for sure.They stated a lot of customers are unhappy with it as well and they are losing customers from the changes they've made.They should at least make customer aware of new changes to food because their wings are expensive and other prices gone up as well. They did not attempt a remedy or assure that they would let corporate know how unhappy customers are which is what they should do. You have lost another customer as well. Their customer phone service is terrible , the young adults need to learn better phone etiquette."
