"One hot night, the air conditioning unit had a problem, the Swing did not stabilize. It opened and closed without stopping and the moment it closed, the equipment was blowing a 17 degree wind, very cold on my back. I requested the remote control, I couldn't adjust it but I changed the temperature to 20 degrees, which was enough to stay at the only muse available since the house was full. That's when Mr. Feudal, owner of the establishment in his dusty supreme position of OWNER, arrived and without asking any customer anything at all, went and adjusted it to 17 degrees with the unstable swing... like screw it and left. We requested his presence, and then we saw the strength he attributed to himself. He rudely suggested another table, we immediately accepted, as we had a child with us and then pathetically we were informed by the OWNER, he could not keep his promise to give us another table, since fortunately the house was full. Still rudely, he simply walked away, at least with a little wisdom, to ask for help. That's what happened, a very kind lady appeared, attended to us and adjusted the temperature, which was good for everyone. Unfortunately the pizza was good, very good but with this service I will never go back or recommend it."
