Whilst shopping in Debenhams we had coffee. Staff were polite and prices are not bad. They offer a small menu of food, but as I said we only wanted a black coffee. Why do they not fill it up when you don't have milk I...don't know. This did happen when I requested it. (You shouldn't have to ask). It was quite busy and appeared to be doing a good trade. Just a shame it wasn't that clean. read more.
