The Marco Polo really pulled out all the stops for us after another venue let us down for a birthday meal for my husband which was booked back in April. Nice food, venue but let down by poor staff. Staff were borderline rude, they don’t greet, open doors, They don’t table check We ordered a bottle of wine and they just poured the glass full. In fact two of the rudest waiters I have come acrosss read more.
