Poor selection of food. Staff do their best. Ok for coffee and cake, but choice of two different sandwiches was a little limiting. Coffee on a par with other M&S cafes. I wanted the speciality one, but signing implied all was speciality. It wasn’t! View all feedback.

Always visited M&S cafe in Basingstoke on our weekly visit to Basingstoke but will never go again. They have introduced a complex ordering system similar to McDonalds, except in McDonalds you can still order from the counter. What has happened to the service supplied by M&S. The local has an area where one can enjoy at tables, and there's a counter where you can sit and have. If the weather conditions are right, you can also eat outside.
