"This location is the reason I will never go to *any* Dunkin Donuts location ever again.When I woke up on the morning of March 16, 2023, all I wanted more than anything in the world was a corn muffin. After I got off of work around 3:30 p.m. my boyfriend and I went in search of one.I stopped at two different bakeries no luck. I decided, as one last Hail Mary, to check out the Dunkin Donuts in Batavia. I didn 't know if Dunkin Donuts even *had* corn muffins, but I figured I 'd find out when I got there.At Dunkin ' Donuts, I asked the cashier, a skinny white boy (late teens to early twenties, probably), for a corn muffin. He packaged a muffin and rang me up without a word. Success! My boyfriend also got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.I paid for our order, and then the cashier handed me a paper bag. I looked inside. It wasn 't a corn muffin. Excuse me? I said. This looks like a carrot cake muffin, not a corn muffin. Oh, we 've never sold corn muffins, he said. I just assumed you meant to order a carrot cake muffin. HUH?It would have taken that cashier all of five seconds to clarify my meaning and say, We don 't sell corn muffins, can I offer you something else? Instead, he had me pay for a product the store didn 't even sell.I said, Well, I didn 't mean to order a carrot cake muffin. I don 't want this. Okay, relax! he said, raising his voice as though I were the one who had wronged *him*. I 'll get you something else. I don 't want something else. So, you just want your money back? At this point, I was done wasting my time. I grabbed my boyfriend 's order, dumped the carrot cake muffin in the garbage, and walked out. I didn 't realize until I got in my car that my boyfriend 's order had been made with bacon instead of sausage! Way to rub salt into the wound.I used to go to Dunkin Donuts at least once a week. Well, it 's been nearly three months since this happened, and I haven 't been to any Dunkin Donuts location anywhere, nor will I be for the rest of my life. A brand that hires thoughtless people who bear no attention to detail and don 't care about the buyer does not deserve my hard earned money.I 'll go to Starbucks instead."

"Came from Hilton on a recommendation from a friend and so glad we did! We had the sopes for an appetizer, and you can absolutely say the ingredients are 100% fresh! Had the shrimp dish and my friend had Tilapia and shrimps. Very good flavors and simple enough for portions. Drinks were delicious. Staff, just incredibly friendly and was so happy, the area in Mexico was our family. It was a great night!"

"This place is a hidden gem. The menu is very diverse with no disappointment from seafood lovers. The place is very cozy, you almost feel like you're in someone's home. I HIGHLY recommend you try this place and I overheard an amazing selection of pie as well. P.S. they had all my favorite beer on tap. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"The chicken supreme (or whatever, the one with bacon) sandwich- I could barely taste the chicken, I took a picture of it next to a French fry and the fry was thicker than the chicken. I couldnt taste the cheese at all. I was expecting Swiss, I guess I didnt read the entire description. Im a 37yo resident of the nursing home so getting this sandwich was a treat for me. the lettuce had just a tiny bit of brown on it but it was fresh, as were the tomatoes. the bread is good but I guess its not memorable. I am a freak about my lettuce. I have never made a sandwich that I didnt cut at the wrinkles in it cuz sometimes those wrinkles mean it tastes like Im eating straight lettuce and tomato. Im really not trying to nitpick, I was definitely happier with the sandwich than I wouldve been eating just my dang cheese sandwiches(at the nursing home) but for $16 total, it should definitely be better. I couldve almost ordered a whole pizza. I couldve gotten 3 little Caesars pizza... but I am grateful for the experience. I know it seems like I dont have anything good to say about it but it was decent. the bites I could taste bacon were good."
