I throw my hat out to Daniel, the most hard-working staff member I have ever met, despite being under pressure he still has a smile on his face towards customers, not once has he ever said anything negative to anyone and is very careful with cross contamination of foods especially during busy times, from my observation he's the cleanest I've seen there.
