I always worry about eating at hotel restaurants but there was no problem here. The fish I had tonight was superb; cooked beautifully and well complemented by the slightly crunchy vegetables- just the way I like them. Not so sure it needed the BBQ prawns...but they didn't detract from the dish either. the service was great as well. the only complaint I have is no vegetarian dish on the menu.
