"... our arrival around 5pm was wired. We booked via email a night for 2 people and a table for dinner. When we arrived and said that we have a booking in the Auberge the man (owner) checked his Reservat book then called another Auberge to ask if they have a free room and then turning to us saying that they don’t have a room for us. I show him our reservation and he confirmed that he doesn’t have a room. I said not my problem, please figger it out. Then suddenly his wife came, took a customer oriented approach, offered us a beer and told us that they have a room and it’s ready in 30min. Aha, they have if they want! Was he simply lazy? Until we left we we were not clear why this bad experience happened. The rest including dinner was 5 star. Like always as I have been in the Restaurant several times in the past."
