We had the opportunity to go out for a family dinner recently and couldn't decide where to go.
I like this little place a lotThe staff are friendly and the tea, coffee and food are always what they should be for a satisfying experience.

"I thought I'd be put off by the large space and bright lights but instead I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, fresh and friendly my first impression was on entering the space felt immediately intimate and welcoming. I didn't expect the delightful thrill I got from the very first greeting from the tall bearded man wearing a beret his warmth professionalism melted any doubts I had about trying out this restaurant for the first time I now believe this is my most favourite restaurant on the Coast after tonight! (and it was mentioned it has been here for 4 years ...there is also a whisper that they will be bringing back music, bands and possibly a big band! The Chef Daniel, is a genius with the multi dimensioned taste texture sensations he created from the Entree to the Deserts (of which I had to have two different ones as I couldn't decide...there was more than one that excited me! not only that, whilst I don't drink, I was offered a surprise mocktail which was very unexpected and exotic. The staff each one of them that served us were so accessible and attentive to our requests were like gold as they contributed to the light buzzy atmopsphere and overall superb experience. The kitchen and bar open and on display were sparkly and made us feel so welcome and included. Thank you for being there and making our time with you tonight such a joyful experience!"

"Great first weekend experience! Coffee is creamy and they have good portion sized meals. my favourite was the fritters and too wash it down got a fresh juice that wasn't over priced! Just a great cafe overall with awesome service , thanks guys cya next week!"

"We have really enjoyed the fresh fish fillets from a variety of fish species. The seafood chowder is a big hit. Fish cocktails ....yum. Really enjoy the fresh fish and chips on a really cold day."
