I recently visited 8 Lunch Bar and was disappointed to find that there was a lack of dairy-free and vegan-friendly options available. As someone who is dairy intolerant and vegan, I was unable to find anything on the menu that I could eat. The only option I had was to order a coffee with expensive soy milk. A favourite place for lunch, great atmosphere, good coffee and a great selection of healthy lunch options, salads which are different but extremely tasty, wraps, focaccias always great choices. I love to indulge in their home made muffins, never had a bad one yet especially with my coffee fix. Friendly owner and staff and light & airy atmosphere - a place not to miss Mon - Friday.
Can't rate this cafe high enough. I eat here regularly for lunch and its always amazing... the staff are always so happy and friendly. Best cafe I have ever found by far on the south coast!
I am a local who regularly eats here. It is small eatery but everything is made freshly by the owner and everything tastes great. The food ranges from frittatas to wraps but the salads in particular are lovely. Good coffee too. A little away from big shopping centre which is a plus
We often pop in for a quick take away lunch. The food is fresh, very tasty and the variety and regular menu changes are great and keep our lunches interesting.
