My kids and I visited in the day time. We visited the local bakery and brought some pies and sausage rolls for lunch. They were delicious. We sat down by the water. It was so relaxing. There is a small shopping centre there withall the shops you would expect- Coles, KMart as well as some alternate stalks and pop up stored. Staying in Batemans Bay for a few days in December we had to pass the Bakehouse a couple of times during our walks around town and it always smelled so good so we popped in to get some baked goodness. The coffee was excellent, the staff was great, the croissants were decent but not as amazing as had been hyped by some acquaintances of ours and the other baked products were good enough but nothing to really write home...
