My husband and I ordered a pretzel with cheese and two burgers with fries. After 30 minutes of waiting, we had to go up to the bar and ask for our appetizer. Our appetizer, the pretzel, was cold. We’d assume it was sitting there for awhile. We then waited for our food, this took an additional 30 minutes. We had to ask the bar about our food as well.
