Little Caesars Pizza - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I enjoy their pizza, but I often encounter a busy signal every time I try to call. I tried for over an hour just to place an order for three pizzas, but ultimately had to go in person to place the order. While I was waiting, another customer expressed frustration about not being able to get through on the phone either. This issue really needs to be addressed. View all feedback. "Hot and ready? Not always true! I used to wait a long time whenever I arrived at their locations. However, it’s been over a year since my last visit, and I stopped by a few nights ago. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very polite, even though it was close to closing time. They happily made a specialty pizza for me without a hitch. When the pizza arrived, I noticed a change; it seemed like they'd updated the sauce recipe, which I appreciated because the old one just didn't cut it. We ordered the stuffed crust, and it was genuinely packed with filling. I ended up dipping the crust in the marinara sauce meant for the cheesy sticks, and it was delicious! I will definitely be returning much sooner this time.".
