Nova Joe's - Batesville

I get a breakfast burrito here weekly. The sweet tea and chicken are good as well.

Miesha took our order and went above and beyond. She is a ray of sunshine!! This was our first time here, and we are so glad we chose to grab lunch at Nova joe's! Excellent food, drinks comment and service!

The only thing you need to know?The peanut sauce. The fries are a cut above your standard fast food fare, as is the chicken. The peanut sauce raises it to a level that makes it my future go to place when in town.

The building is beautiful! Me and my man constantly come back for their AMAZING coffees and chicken sandwiches! All of the staff are super nice and very positive no matter what. We love Nova Joes! Theres a shorter girl with short reddish hair, and glasses that we absolutely adore! Always smiling always friendly and helpful!

About a year ago, I emailed the company about constantly upcharging every customer with a large drink without their consent. I never received a reply. For a large family, we thought we were paying a certain price on our meals, but we were being charged extra every time for a large drink when we didn't even need a large drink. I finally caught on when the numbers weren't adding up. They made adjustments after my complaint and started asking customers if a medium drink is good. I can deal with that. Ask me before charging me extra. Now, they are back to charging for a large again without asking the customer. I really can't support a company that will be so sneaky to loyal customers. The first time, I sent a private email. Now, the public needs to know.
