Had a lunch buffet here today for our Aunt Polly's funeral. She'd been a long time patron and they did her proud. Can't wait to go back for another great meal.
Let me preface this by saying that I have eaten here a few times nowThe first two times were average, not great nor horrible.

"Had an excellent dinner tonight!! The ribeye is a definite recommendation!!! The atmosphere is great and the staff were very nice and accommodating. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's the best steak in Batesville. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that we did have cocktails and their mixed drinks were made very weak....affordable but weak!! Great place and will definitely return!!!"

"The staff there are very helpful and nice. I can't eat onions that I forgot that my sandwich came with onions, so I forgot to ask it without which was completely my fault and I went and spoke to them and they made me a complete new sandwich without onions and were very friendly. Another day later I went back and the manager reminded me and asked the crew to make sure there were no onions on the sandwich before I got it at all without saying anything when I asked for no onions, but she was only sure because she knew I couldn't eat them. They were always very polite and friendly and helpful I love the staff in this restaurant."

"Good food, good prices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, 2 eggs and biscuits with gravy. My wife ordered the 2 egg, 2 sausage, biscuits gravy breakfast. My dad had an omelette with fried potatoes and a biscuit. Everything was very good! We had to wait about 10 extra minutes for the biscuits, but they were fresh, fluffy, right out of the oven! Service was really good too. Didn’t take too long for the food to come out of the kitchen. Would definitely return, only problem, we’re just visiting from San Diego. Definitely recommend!"

"I just love the shrimp avocado salad!! My friend let me taste her meatloaf, which was very good. She took home what she couldn 't finish. Cheese danish was great--more of a filled cake to me."
