"(in order to leave a review I had to put one star) but I would leave none) I've been here twice If you're visiting Belhaven NC area I would not recommend this place for dining. This place is dirty and very dark Expensive and over priced for portions/drinks Portions were very small First visit the food was under cooked. Food options on menu is limited. Worst restaurant I have been to in North Carolina. I understand staffing and being short handled but that is just one minor issue we experienced."

"Not sure how they managed to serve me 7 lamb bones (the rack of lamb dinner), with virtually no meat on them. Where did they send/use all the meat they trimmed off of them? And overcooked. What there was of it, was OK, but certainly not worth the price. For $44, I don't expect to have to deal with overcooking, and poorly prepped food. Average at best, with way above average pricing. The interior of the place is very nice, the service was good, until my dinner was served, then nobody came to check if all was OK (had they come within the first few minutes, it would have gone back as unacceptable). I did eventually let them know I was disappointed, they comped us a dessert. It was by far best part of the meal. Still, I left disappointed. I could never recommend anyone to actually go there, as who knows what they would experience. I find the attitude of not posting a menu to be infuriating as well. None at the door, none online, not anywhere. Only once you sit, do you get any idea what you might be able to order for dinner. And it isn't a changes nightly menu, so there is no reason for this other than being ashamed of what they offer."

"I guck hunt every year in Hyde county and it has now become an annual pilgrimage for fresh steamed oysters and seafood at Georgie's!!!! The staff are super friendly and service is lights out.........clean.......simple lay out...... Cold beer.....and try the cheese with cocktail sauce!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmm!!!!!"
