What a treat, all roads lead to Bath for a long weekend of indulgence into the world of Jane Austen. We travelled from Carmarthenshire to Bath with my sister and husband as we all love Jane Austen. We researched the surrounding area for a nice place to stay for what promises to be a brilliant weekend. What JGHFlint doesn't like about Limpley Stoke Valley:
A large, soulless room with few windows and natural ventilation. It was a little like being in an empty biscuit tin! The staff were pleasant although most had little or no training. Breakfast was OK but unimaginative. View all feedback.
Exceeded our expectation. Hotel set at side of valley with great views. As for the staff! We've stayed in some of the top hotels and this is up there with them....
