A wonderful evening at the Wheatsheaf easily made my long journey on a dark wet night worthwhile. The location is lovely and the old stone pub was a cosy retreat in welcome contrast to the inhospitable weather. Haven’t dined here for a number of years and previous times have been a little hit miss with food however this time was good. Staff were extremely friendly helpful the food was good in a good atmosphere. In my opinion a little pricy for what it is but all in all an enjoyable evening. View all feedback.
