We ate on the ground floor, and could see the pizzas being made. Great, authentically Italian pizzas. Huge, too. Desserts were superb. My wine was a bit disappointing but I did order the cheapest one on the menu. Friendly staff. I felt really welcome there. read more.

Dinner had to be sent back twice. Once it was cold, like veg not even warm. took over 20mins for replacement to come. Manger didn't say anything just ignored us. Second time, they'd overcooked it, totally inedible. By then it was nearly 10pm! Not once did the manager approach with apologies left it to the poor waitress.
