we usually love wagamama. but the service in the filiale in bath was the worst we ever had. the personal just didn't seem to care, we had the green tee and it was lukewarm, my partner complained. we got replacement cups, but as he wanted the same to be refilled by the same person. the young man who served us just didn't seem to want to be there. on the plus side, eating was acceptable. just a scandal about the person...
