I found why this place is awful. it is the boss. he is stingy. my 3 scoop sundaes should be 2.5 ounces. I barely get half a cup. he doesnt believe in this employees getting tips and pays them bare wages. I pay for extra toppings and get crumbs. avoid avoid avoid. It's always delicious, and I enjoy the convenience of the Pre-Packed Quart.

"We were celebrating my son’s 22nd birthday and the wait staff went above to help us celebrate. From the check in stand , the bar staff , our waiter to the manager all wished him happy birthday checked to make sure everything was good for us. 3 of the 4 in our group had steaks and 1 had the sea bass. The food was above exceptional. To top the evening off, the waiter brought out a cheesecake with a candle , personalized birthday wish large enough for the table to share it was delicious. I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris for any occasion."
