The service was great and so was my waitress, but it was packed because of so many events going on at once so it took a little while to get our food. My steak was kind of tough but other than that we had no problems. View all feedback.
What Kay McKay doesn't like about Boil & Roux:
My seafood platter taste like the turkey necks that it came with. The shrimp were over cooked and black. Plus they allow patrons to hang out around the payment machine talking to the waiters distracting them while they're handling customers cards. Good concept but poor execution on the seafood platter. The drink Mardi Gras was not good, the ice was not soft and slushy. View all feedback.
