This BK had it with good service and speed, but now it's a joke. 7 minutes on speaker, no answer. And she got her headset halfway and an AirPod in? definitely not worth going from home here View all feedback.
I placed a large order for several people at the restaurant. When I received the order, I discovered that the burger was missing cheese, the sauce for the nuggets was sent separately, and I was mistakenly given a root beer, which I do not like. The person at the drive-thru repeated my order back correctly, so I am unsure why there were mistakes. The restaurant needs to improve their service and accuracy.
Burger King has a really bad rep with me when it comes to service, but I went to this place several times and they were always super friendly. Eating was always fresh, I think because not many people go to this place. Management was super nice and the workers I treated.
In Baton Rouge for the day and went here for lunch. Fries were not the best, but the burger was good.

Ugh... Got out of my bed at 2am in 48° weather.. Took forever for food to come out... cold fries... cold whopper ...no cheese that i was charged for... Completely upset when i got home to cold food... Need better workers... What are you working for if you're not producing up to standard food... ... Hella dissatisfied...
