I love this place. It has a natural environment, with a natural pool. I never stayed for a night, but the rooms look really nice. The food is good (French) and they have a nice selection of cocktails and wine. View all feedback.
What Lucia Mayorga doesn't like about Au Cabaret Vert អូកាបារ៉េវែ រីសត:
They charged us 20 dollar for laundry, which would have been ok ish if they had washed it themselves, which they did not. Instead, when we picked up our laundry at the reception, we found out that they had used a laundry service across the street. They paid 2000 Riel per kilo and then went ahead and charged us 12000 per kilo just for basically walking across the street twice. When we brought it up with the receptioni... View all feedback.
We were 2 nights in the March 2022. the hotel is beautiful, beautiful vegetation in the garden with a deep pool with natural salt water. we recommend the restaurant with exquisite food, both cuddly and French. the employees were also very helpful to organize transport and tours.
It's a beautiful place to stay. Staff are so kind to help you and welcome you. The room I stayed in is a kind of old decor, equipped with not up-to-date electrical device, for example, old style television. But it's a pleasant stay.

Beautiful French colonial house and bungalows. Mathieu the host will make sure that everything is fine. The crème brûlée and the food in general is tasty.
This hotel consists of several cabins, each with a small porch, minibar, electric kettle, air con, fan,tv,safe, hairdryer and own bathroom w. WC. In the middle of the premises is a small natural pool surrounded by sunbeds. Next to the lobby is a small souvenir shop with reasonable prices. The room is clean at the first glance but on the second the dirt starts to show off. Floor has dirt on uneven surfaces, between tiles and in the corners. There are smudges here and there on the furniture and on the walls. Staff is nice and helpful yet somewhat erratic (red wine instead of white). But what really really brings the rating down for me is food. It is pricey, I am OK with that, as this is hotel afterall, but it is hardly average. Khmer breakfast bevare. Noodles/noodle soup tastes like something from add hot water cup , the impression topped by instant noodles. Vegetables in this dish were raw. Cook took his time preparing this miracle, 36 minutes to be exact. The other try was tofu with basil (vegan). Lucky me, that I am carnivore as the meal was soaked in fish sauce. The funniest is stuffed eggplant as this meal consists of minced pork which is willy nilly spread over tortured eggplant. To be more precise, imagine stuffed eggplant, small happy little boat carrying load of tasty pork. Got it? And now forget it completely as cook did. So sleep, swim, imbibe but eat in town. On the bright side BLT and Club sandwiches (baguettes) are good and tasty. Fun fact: Laundry. Now I have some cute pink clothes as all the stuff from the room color or white was probably washed together… With all eyes closed, considering the place as a whole, 3 stars.
