Very relaxed roof bar with comfortable seating and many fans. It is on the top floor of the hostel so if you have any problems with stairs you can fight. Great place for a fast drink/sea we stopped here before we get our bus from Mekong Express. Service is friendly, the food is average price and delicious, and design Angkor is a pleasant 75 cents. I liked the place. They invite you in with street level info. A small climb and you arrive at a comfortable rooftop pub restaurant. Sit at the table with high stools and look out over the city. Very friendly staff, speak English and a little French, decent cocktails and fresh beer. They serve Jugs and Essensschwell. Good homemade fries
