We literally sat in the drive thru of Arby's for 15 minutes before we even ordered and it was only ONE vehicle in front of us. Spent another 15 minutes waiting for our order. Although the waiting time in the drive was a little long, I don't blame the employees. They are short staff like most places in this city.

"Went there tonight, sat at a table with 6 people. Sat there for 25 minutes while the servers went to 3 other tables in out section, who were seated after us, and took their drink and food orders. We tried flagging one of the servers to come over and she mad eye contact and went to another table that was just seated. When the 25 minute mark passes and the other tables had already started receiving meals while we never had a drink order taken, we left. On the way out we spoke to the lady at the front and she said they didn't know we were sitting there! Hopefully the only and last bad experience we'll have as our many visits prior were great, this one was anything but."
