"Went there tonight, sat at a table with 6 people. Sat there for 25 minutes while the servers went to 3 other tables in out section, who were seated after us, and took their drink and food orders. We tried flagging one of the servers to come over and she mad eye contact and went to another table that was just seated. When the 25 minute mark passes and the other tables had already started receiving meals while we never had a drink order taken, we left. On the way out we spoke to the lady at the front and she said they didn't know we were sitting there! Hopefully the only and last bad experience we'll have as our many visits prior were great, this one was anything but."

"When we first got to the Battle Creek location I noticed that the outside was very clean and well maintenance. When we walked inside, there was no wait and got seated right away. Our waiter (Walter V) greeted us right away and took our drink order with a smile and just so high spirited. We didn?t have to wait long on our drinks. He took our appetizer order and made sure that we didn?t need any more biscuits even though he suggested. Our waiter kept updating us on our appetizers and our dinner so we didn?t have to wait long or wonder when it was coming out. Most of my food was good except for the lobster tail it had a certain smell and the taste had a strong spoiled taste. It was like the cook had it sitting out too long and then decided to cook it. I didn?t notice it was bad until I bit into it, I was highly disappointed because that was my favorite part but unfortunately I was not able to enjoy it and I did not complain to my waiter since he was busy with other tables so I just decided not to eat it. For two people our bill was over $100 and I was not able to enjoy the main dish because my lobster tail was horrible. I had high hopes for delicious food since we haven?t eaten at this specific location for almost three year. Other than that, the rest of the food was delicious and enjoyed. The waiter was super nice and made our experience great."
