Weekly customer. Great food and employees. But I can't give anything five stars. Because we all have room for some sort of improvement. But I highly recommend trying the place if you're looking for some good barbecue View all feedback.
What Tony Cook doesn't like about O.T.'s Up-N Smoke BBQ:
Ordered a Pulled Pork basket. Pretty sure the employee poured the BBQ sauce into the to go container then placed the sandwich and fries on top of it. The bottom bun and majority of the fries were saturated in sauce which made them very soggy which I can’t stand. I wish I knew that cuz I’d asked for sauce on the side.
