"Ended up here for a change of pace from all the vegetarian buffets. They have a couple labeled vegan things on the menu. Maybe confirm with the staff that you want it no cheese even though cheese is not listed because it's under a section where it says everything comes with cheese (I think just a menu organization mess up). "Our group of 13 stayed in Penang for 5 days and had dinner (and sometimes lunch or breakfast) at Enca every day and every one of us loved whatever meal we chose. We were very lucky to discover this gem on our first night in Penang. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating."
