We live about 40 minutes away so when we are in town my son likes to stop. Went through the drive-thru tonight on wilder rd and a young man waited on us. (Receipt said Grant) . What a great worker! So polite, attentive, made recommendations, joked, smiled. Its so nice to see this in the workplace, especially today. So thank you to that man for his respect and manners! What Lucas Barreto doesn't like about Rally's:
Stopped in today to get myself a rally Burger started eating my sandwich and found a cinnamon tag. Now when I go back to the drive-thru they're going to look at me like I did it but you can clearly tell it's from Rally's and I'm going to ask me if I want a new one it's a tag for cinnamon not even offered a refund back. 5$ meal combo is a good deal, but unfortunately the A-1 burger is lacking
Never disappointed going to Rally's eastside location. Great staff, food is extremely good and served hot!! No heat lights to keep food to room temp. It's made fresh right after place order. Thank you Rally's.
I normally don't eat fast food but I had been at the hospital for a family member all day and needed a quick bite. For fresh sandwiches they were really fast! They were good tasting and plenty big. I see why they call it the big Buford. The fries were really good and the price was fair. Thanks for reading, Lenny
Well it was better than McDonald's as far as fast food goes. The fries were really hot and the burger was Juicy.
Really good food, just a note to the workers to mix their shakes better so the flavor seeps into the whole thing. Food was hot and good other than that.
