Unfortunately, I am the epitome of a picky eater. Miami has a wealth of restaurants, but the good are few and far between. Regardless of where you live, Open Kitchen is worth the trip. After a few visits, my opinion has drastically changed. One night, I ordered from their Thursday night dinner menu. I ordered beef short ribs. I had to throw them out because they were inedible. Today, I was without a car so I walked over to pick up lunch. They had a beef stew special. It consisted of minuscule cubes of beef with frozen green beans and a large serving of white rice.
