My family and I booked this event for Christmas and it was an absolute disappointment. Most of the staff was rude and not very helpful when asked questions, which began as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We did the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue which was so much fun and the staff was amazing. I understand that people may have an off day but not on Christmas.
