The owners go above and beyond to provide an efficient and friendly experience. I have called in and picked up special orders and its always a breeze. The counter service is always quick and the servers are so friendly I look forward to going in and saying hello and catching up. The ice cream at this restaurant was delicious, however, the service was lacking. One of the female employees seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with another customer than taking my order. Despite telling her twice what I wanted, she still managed to get it wrong. This place is an ice cream shop where you can always expect service with a smile! They regularly stock Carvel classics like Flying Saucers, Cherry Bonnets, Chocolate Bonnets, and various versions of Ice Cream Cake. The facility is clean, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. They also strictly adhere to all Covid guidelines.
