"My sister and I attempted to eat at Rice Box this afternoon. I?ve eaten here multiple times (take out) and never had any issues and the employees were always so nice. We walked in and we?re ignored by two different employees. There was not a sign saying to wait to be seated or to seat yourself, so I asked the employee behind the bar if we needed to seat ourselves. I honestly didn?t know because I?ve always gotten take out. The employee replied ?you might as well? and rolled his eyes. I made sure I heard him correctly and he said it again. We should have left then, but we seated ourselves. We sat down and waited for menus. No one came to our table, but two other guests came in and were immediately greeted and sat by the same employee. At this point, we left and I will not be back. I understand the weight of a bad review and would normally never leave a negative review, but I was shocked by how blatantly rude the employee was for no reason. *I waited tables for several years and I would have never treated guests like this nor would the businesses I worked for have allowed this*"

"Pizza is quite good. Well cooked with a crispy cheese edge on thick pizzas. Some in my group complained about a lack of pizza sauce on their slices. Mine were OK though. Maybe ask for extra sauce or sauce on the side. Longer than estimated carryout wait time meant a bit of a wait in the parking lot. Very friendly staff. Recommended by this admitted pizza junkie."

"Wait staff is responsive, and timely. Such a fun food experience for children and adults. Our chef was funny and more interactive with our children at the table than I have seen at anywhere similar style restaurant. Lunch seems to be a slower time to go, but would make a great date night."

"Been to this location a couple times and staff turnover could be the main culprit. We are very understanding and forgiving ppl but this last time was our last time at this location. Started out with sitting us at a table where the floor was completely disgusting (picture). I get it we have a toddler too but why would you sit someone here, felt disrespectful. Then our waitress comes over and kicks the mess under our table while we are ordering drinks. Insists on taking IDs because we are out of state ppl, weird but ok. Comes back ordered food. Later comes back doesn't have particular beer ok fine ordered tea. Brings lg lemonade for my daughter way too big as she ordered from kid menu, ends up spilling it of course. Finally brings ID back. Daughters food comes then she says we are out of mac n cheese, sons order, ok chkn fingers. Steaming hot fingers then get placed in front of my almost 2yr old, not cool. Over it ate our delicious wings and bounced. Worst BWW or im just old school and expect just descent service."
