Good coffee, baked goods and cozy atmosphere. However, service is hit or miss. We ordered a hot chocolate to go and waited 25 minutes before inquiring what had happened. It was going to be another 5 or 10 minutes so we canceled. A big drink order had come in just before us and they failed to explain it might take 30 minutes for our to go cocoa rude.
